On Sunday 22nd January 2017, UCF held their annual general meeting and elected a new executive for a four year team.

The New Executive is as follows;

President – Mr. Mwaka Emmanuel
Vice President – Mr. Otim Isaac Jonathan
General Secretary – Mr. Ategeka Henry
Treasurer – Mr. Munanira Isaac
Director Technical – Mr. Teeba Jordan
Director Development – Ms. Namwanje Robinah Olga
Publicity Secretary – Mr. Muwanguzi David
National Coach – Mr. Okoth Joachim

There were 30 clubs eligible to vote, each with 2 votes and the election results were as follows;

1. For President, Mr. Mwaka Emmanuel polled 36 votes vs 23 votes for Mr. Kisuze Stephen with 1 abstention.
2. For Vice President, Mr. Otim Isaac Jonathan polled 46 votes vs 14 votes for Mr. Katende Robert.
3. For General Secretary, Mr. Ategeka Henry polled 55 votes vs 4 votes for Mr. Katula Frobisha with 1 abstention.
4. For Treasurer, Mr. Munanira Isaac polled 46 votes vs 12 votes for Ms. Namuyomba Magdalena.
5. For National Coach, Mr. Joachim Okoth was elected unopposed.
6. For Technical Director, Mr. Teeba Jordan polled 37 votes vs 20 votes for Mr. Turyahabwe Christopher.
7. For Publicity Secretary, Mr. Muwanguzi David polled 44 votes vs 14 votes for Mr. Buule Augustine, 0 votes for Mr. Kalule Caxton and 1 invalid vote.
8. For Development Director, Ms. Namwanje Robinah Olga was unopposed.

The new executive takes over for a four year term.
